What we measure
The brickwork, blockwork and masonry shown on your drawings, including facing and common brickwork, blockwork, openings, lintels and related items. If you’re unsure whether something is covered, ask before you send.
Assumptions and exclusions
Every take-off lists both, so you know exactly what the numbers cover. Check the assumptions before you price. If the drawings change, tell us and we’ll quote any re-measure before we start.
